Ilya is an American who lives in Czechia, a sales leader, entrepreneur, and advisor who spent more than a decade helping technology companies grow in the US. He served as Director of Sales at STRV, where he helped expand its presence among US startups and enterprises. He later joined InloopX as Chief Revenue Officer and played a key role in the company's growth and eventual acquisition by Avast. Today, he runs his own software startup, Readmio.

Damian is the Head of Software Development at j-labs, where he is responsible for more than 200 engineers. Combining deep technical expertise with commercial understanding, Damian helps organizations move beyond selling engineering capacity and towards delivering measurable business outcomes.
